We have been established for over five years. Our main properties are in the midlands and the south. We are very keen to expand our operation to the north, especially in the Newcastle area.
At present ,we have bought two 5 bedroom property in Heaton. Our intention is to expand to between 5 and 10 properties.
We pride ourselves on very high standards and services and this is extended to our properties. Due to our constant and on-going efforts to create a good, clean, comfortable living environment, we find that many of our tenants come to us via personal recommendation, which in itself is a reflection of our company policy.
And finally all our properties have HMO licences. |
